Habits, facts, and states, with the third-person -s that Vietnamese has no equivalent for.
Why you specifically

Với he/she/it, động từ thường thêm -s hoặc -es: he works, she watches, it goes. Khi phủ định và câu hỏi, dùng do/does + động từ nguyên mẫu: I do not work, Does she work?
The rule
The present simple is used for habits, routines, facts, general truths, and timetables. With he, she, and it, the verb usually adds -s or -es: he works, she watches, it goes. In negatives and questions, use do or does plus the base verb: I do not work, does she work? Do not use the continuous form for a general habit or fact unless you mean something happening right now.
The trap

She work in a bank.
She works in a bank.
In the present simple, he/she/it usually takes -s or -es. Vietnamese does not mark this on the verb, so learners often forget it.
I am go to school every day.
I go to school every day.
Use the present simple for habits and routines. In English, the verb does not change for every person the way it does in Vietnamese.
The sun is rising in the east.
The sun rises in the east.
Use the present simple for facts and general truths. Do not add continuous -ing for a general fact.
He does not likes coffee.
He does not like coffee.
In negatives, use do/does + not + base verb. Vietnamese learners often keep the verb in the third-person -s form after does not.
