When, while, until, as soon as, and why a future clause takes the present simple.
Why you specifically

Mệnh đề chỉ thời gian là mệnh đề nói về thời điểm một việc xảy ra, thường có when, while, until, as soon as, before, after. Vì vậy ta nói I will call you when I arrive, không nói when I will arrive; Please wait until the manager comes, không nói until the manager will come; As soon as I finish, I will leave.
The rule
Time clauses are clauses that tell us when something happens: when, while, until, as soon as, before, and after. The key rule for IELTS learners is this: in a time clause, English normally uses the present simple to talk about the future, not will. So we say I will call you when I arrive, not when I will arrive; Please wait until the manager comes, not until the manager will come; and As soon as I finish, I will leave. The future meaning is shown by the main clause, while the time clause stays in the present simple. Use while for actions happening at the same time, often with past continuous forms when describing an ongoing past action. If you are talking about an event that is still in progress or repeated, the present simple or present continuous may also appear in the time clause depending on meaning, but will is not used there for future time.
The trap

I will call you when I will arrive.
I will call you when I arrive.
In time clauses, English uses the present simple after when for a future meaning. Vietnamese often uses a future marker in both clauses, but English does not.
Please wait here until the manager will come.
Please wait here until the manager comes.
After until, we use the present simple to talk about a future event that completes the time period. The future form is wrong in the time clause.
As soon as the film will start, we will sit down.
As soon as the film starts, we will sit down.
After as soon as, English uses the present simple in the time clause, even though the meaning is future. Vietnamese speakers often overuse will here.
While I cooked, my son was doing homework.
While I was cooking, my son was doing homework.
While usually connects two actions happening at the same time. A future form is wrong here because the clause describes a simultaneous past action, not a future plan.
