Why you specifically
Trong tiếng Anh, possessive 's và cấu trúc of-genitive đều dùng để chỉ quan hệ sở hữu, liên quan, hoặc một phần của cái gì đó, nhưng cách dùng không giống nhau. Possessive 's thường dùng với người và sinh vật: my brother's car, the teacher's desk, my mother's friend. Of-genitive thường dùng với sự vật, bộ phận của vật, hoặc cụm danh từ mang tính trang trọng/trung tính: the roof of the house, the window of the room, the name of the book. Có nhiều trường hợp cả hai đều đúng, nhưng một cách nghe tự nhiên hơn. Ví dụ, the company's profits và the profits of the company đều đúng, nhưng tiếng Anh thường thích possessive 's với người và tổ chức, còn of-genitive với bộ phận và mô tả của sự vật. Người Việt hay dùng một từ “của” cho nhiều kiểu quan hệ, nên dễ viết quá nhiều cấu trúc of trong tiếng Anh hoặc đặt 's không tự nhiên với danh từ không phải người.
The rule
In English, possessive 's and of-genitive both show relationship or ownership, but they are not used in the same way. Possessive 's is common with people and living beings: my brother's car, the teacher's desk, my mother's friend. Of-genitive is common with things, parts of things, and more formal noun phrases: the roof of the house, the window of the room, the name of the book. In many cases, both forms are possible, but one sounds more natural. For example, the company's profits and the profits of the company are both correct, but English often prefers possessive 's for people and organizations, and of-genitive for parts and descriptions of things. Vietnamese often uses one structure like của for both meanings, so learners may overuse of in English or put 's after inanimate nouns too often.

A company is an organization, so possessive 's is normal here.
