The rule
Modals of deduction in the present are used to make logical conclusions about what is happening now. Must is for a strong conclusion, might is for a weaker possibility, and cannot is for something that is logically impossible. With be, the pattern is must be, might be, and cannot be.

must be + base form of be is used for a strong logical conclusion about the present.

might is used for a weaker logical conclusion or possibility about the present.

cannot be + base form is used to say something is logically impossible now.

must is followed by a verb form or be, not a noun phrase used alone to show deduction.
