The rule
Adverbs of frequency tell us how often something happens: never, sometimes, usually, always. In simple present sentences, they normally come before the main verb: She always eats breakfast. With the verb be, they normally come after be: He is usually late.
The trap
She eats always breakfast at 7 a.m.
